Ashwagandha & Dandelion Root Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp FGO Dandelion Root leaves

  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha root powder

  • 1 tbsp butter (from grassfed cows, or hazelnut)

  • 1 cups milk (dairy or nut-based)

Instructions

Brew dandelion root leaves in a half cup of hot water. Warm milk in sauce pan. Transfer tea, milk and other ingredients to a blender. Blend together until smooth, pour into your favorite mug, sip and feel good!
