Ashwagandha Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of raw almonds

  • 2 tsps FGO Organic Ashwagandha Powder

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

Add almonds to a food processor and blend at medium-low speed until a smooth butter forms. This could take anywhere from 10–30 minutes. Add the Ashwagandha Powder towards the end of the blending process. You may need to stop to scrape the sides of the food processor. If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of oil, such as coconut oil. Store in an airtight, glass jar. Spread on toast or add to smoothies. Enjoy and feel good!

Ashwagandha & Dandelion Root Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp FGO Dandelion Root leaves

  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha root powder

  • 1 tbsp butter (from grassfed cows, or hazelnut)

  • 1 cups milk (dairy or nut-based)

Instructions

Brew dandelion root leaves in a half cup of hot water. Warm milk in sauce pan. Transfer tea, milk and other ingredients to a blender. Blend together until smooth, pour into your favorite mug, sip and feel good!

 

Ashwagandha Libido Boosting Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter, 1/2 cup hemp butter

  • 1/2 cup of honey

  • 1/4 cup aswhaganda powder

  • 1/4 cup maca

  • 1-2 tbsp raw cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Slowly add in the butters and honey. Blend well. Pour into a silicon mini-muffin tray or chocolate mold. Place in the freezer to set. Store in a cool place.


 

Ashwagandha Energizing Cocoa

Ingredients

  • ½ to 1 teaspoons ashwagandha powder

  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (or to taste)

  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

  • 1 cup milk or almond milk per person

  • 10 drops vanilla essence

  • honey or maple syrup to taste


Instructions

1. Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Add milk and bring just to the boil, then remove from heat.
3. Add in the vanilla and sweetener to taste.
